Conference Rooms
Modern and comfortable conference facilities are fully-equipped with the latest audio-visual technology,
including state of the art video conference, interactive overlays and remote controlled multi-media projection
on high definition plasma screens all included in delegate packages. We can accommodate 15 to 150 delegates,
within the main conferencing hall and smaller meeting rooms. The building also has a fully-fitted
kitchen, with complimentary tea & coffee, and well-stocked fridges, while more extensive catering services
can be provided on request from our Eauone Restaurant.

Board Room
Tastefully furnished and equipped with plasma monitor, interactive overlay, induction loop, video
conferencing equipment, ceiling speakers and stereo amplifier. A personalised meals and drinks service can be
provided in the Board room, arranged through Eauzone restaurant.

Video Conferencing
Video conferences can be held in your desired location within the argent centre as we have portable
equipment as well as video conferencing equipment in the main conference room. This can accommodate you
in small meeting rooms or a large conference hall accommodating up to 150 people Room hire is included in

Meeting Rooms
Modern and comfortable meeting rooms are fully-equipped with the latest audio-visual technology, including video
conference and remote controlled multi-media projection on high definition plasma screens. These can be booked on
an hourly rate or with half day delegate and
full day delegate packages to meet your chosen specifications. A
range of individually air conditioned rooms available for meetings, training and video conferencing, all equipped
with audio visual equipment which can be linked to main conference hall if rooms are hired as break out rooms. The
building also has a fully-fitted kitchen, with complimentary tea & coffee, and well-stocked fridges, while more
extensive catering services can be provided on request from our Eauone Restaurant. Our meeting Rooms can accommodate
6 to 20 people.

Serviced Offices
Flexible office solutions that gives you the ability to choose exactly what services your business requires,
when you need them, while our transparent pricing policy will ensure you receive just one, fully-itemised bill
per month. Each workstation in the furnished serviced office has direct telephone, facsimile and high speed
broadband internet access. Discounted telephone costs. Monthly charges include business rates, lighting, heating
and cleaning. Permanent availability of added services such as secretarial, clerical and ICT. benefit of having
meeting rooms and video conference facilities in the same building, 24 hour access, 7 days a week.
Eauzone can provide personalised catering services for Argent, where you can dine with clients or have catering
provided to your board room or meeting tables by our own Executive Chef.

Argent Virtual Office / Hotdesk
If you feel that your business does not necessitate leased accommodation you can have a virtual office at Argent.
The virtual office includes; a business address, call answering, meeting room; or Hotdesk
in a shared office environment. Offices are available to business people visiting Sunderland – why work out of
a hotel room when a fully-serviced office, with full business support services at your fingertips, is available
for as long as your stay is?
