The Building
Argent is a three-storey building. A variety of offices, suites and meeting facilities are arranged on the upper two levels, while at ground level is a reception area and eauzone, a handy bistro by day and a high-class restaurant-bar by night.

• Invite you to Argent to become familiar with the state of the art equipment you can use as part of your delegate package
• Welcome your clients and delegates, providing name badges and guest lists to your specification
• Organise transport and chauffer driven cars upon request

Situated in Sunniside, in the heart of Sunderland city centre, Argent Business and Conference Centre is a new concept in high-quality, fully-serviced, fully-managed office accommodation for lease, offering a range of offices, suites and meeting/conference facilities, and extensive business support services.

Our meeting rooms use state-of-the-art audio visual equipment which provides a comprehensive range for all your needs. All training, conference and meeting rooms have interactive screens together will full video conferencing which can be used with your PC, data memory stick or CD/DVDs. Alternatively, utilise our in-house PCs enabling you to hold fully interactive conferences world-wide via high speed internet connectivity. You will also be able to introduce superb quality presentations using our interactive, high definition plasma screens supported by fixed audio systems with induction loops.

All Argent Virtual Office clients and leased serviced office clients will have access to all Argent Business and Conference Centre facilities.

The Location
Argent is situated in the Sunniside Quarter, a pedestrian plaza within beautiful landscaped gardens.
